I tried to exchange a hat, but the whole process was frustrating. The replies were really slow, and once I looked at the return shipping cost, it just didn’t feel worth it.

My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, and when I checked in about it, I felt kind of dismissed. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to feel like someone actually cared or gave me a clear update.

I ordered a hat from baileyhats.com the packaging made me nervous as soon as I saw it. The box was thin, partly crushed, and there wasn’t really anything inside to protect the hat. Sure enough, one side showed up bent. For the price, I expected much better care in shipping. I’m keeping photos of everything just in case, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless they improve the packaging

Ordering was easy tbh, no issues with checkout. The only annoying part was the shipping updates came in kinda late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit.

I remember Bailey Hats having a better mix of classic and clean styles before, so I was a little disappointed browsing the site this time.

I was just looking for a simple hat with a more modern shape, but a lot of the options felt bulky and kind of outdated. The colors didn’t really help either, and some of them gave off more “grandpa hat” than cool vintage.
I’m sure there are people who still like that look, but it just wasn’t for me. It used to feel like there were more wearable options, and this time I ended up leaving the site quickly.

The hat does look nice, and the fit was alright, but it just didn’t feel like the quality matched the price. Shipping was fine and there wasn’t anything seriously wrong with it, but based on this one, I’d probably assume their hats are more about looks than value. I don’t think I’d buy another one

They got back to me quickly and sorted out the issue with my order, which I really appreciated! I just wish the updates had come a little sooner along the way.

When I first opened it I was like, okay, this hat actually looks nice. Shipping was totally fine too, no complaints there. But once I wore it for a few hours, I kind of immediately noticed it wasn’t as comfy as I wanted it to be. It feels a little stiff at first, and after a while I could feel some pressure. Not awful or anything, just not the super comfortable fit I was hoping for. Maybe it’ll break in more with time, but right now 3 stars feels about right.

I bought a hat from Bailey Hats at first I thought I’d made a good choice because it looked really nice. But after just regular wear, it started falling apart way sooner than I expected. The brim got all soft and started bending in a weird way, and then I noticed the stitching coming loose too. For what I paid, I really feel like I got the short end of the stick here. I wasn’t rough with it or anything, so it’s frustrating to end up with something that didn’t hold up. Definitely disappointed

It fits okay overall, just feels a bit bigger than I expected.
